The March Awards and Competitions

Bray I and Portsmouth for Handicap Monthly Competition for March.

The Virtual Archery League, SCAA, and Portsmouth have all seen entries in March. – and the final results are in.

The Virtual Archery League has published the Final results of the 2023 completion, and several of our archers have done well.

Division One – Charlotte Bailey – 2nd

Division Four – Courtenay Welsh – 3rd

Division Four – Kevin King – 1st

Division Five – Dean Howell – 2nd

Division 13 – Nigel Godden – 2nd

Division 16 – Rob Young – 1st

Congratulations to our A-Team for a fantastic result, and they have come second to achieve our highest placing ever.

Our other teams did well coming 12th, 23rd and 29th

Charlotte Bailey is the Top Lady Barebow scorer with an impressive 562.

It was also a great result for our Junior teams finishing in 3rd and 10th place.

It is good to see that several archers have improved their Portsmouth Round scores throughout the season.
