Handicaps

Due to the amount of data the Handicaps are not visible on small screens (Mobile)

In simple terms, archery uses a handicap system to level up archers of differing abilities. Each archer gains a handicap by shooting rounds and will have, an outdoor and an indoor for each bow type they shoot.

The handicaps are from 0 – 100 the lower the number the higher the ability of the archer. However, by applying the handicap we can compare different abilities, gender and bow type allowing all archers to compete on equal terms.

The handicap system used in archery was put forward by D Lane and the tables are his copyright therefore we cannot publish them. We have a physical copy as published by Archery GB The Archery GB Rules of Shooting

Below is a list of your up to date handicaps as output by our records software. (If you think there is any errors or anomalies please let us know)
